Hot patch: Friday 13th! Spooky spooky!

"Warmfix" posted by the dev team today (Friday 13th March)

I had a look over the patch notes a moment ago and it seems they have fixed an error made in the last major patch about certain items disappearing and the ability to move logs! This is from their recent news on Steam:

    Patch notes (ver. 0.3.2.6):

    • Implemented a Repair Ability. Repair Kits of all sizes can now be crafted by anyone with Construction materials preparation skill.
    • Optimized claims calculation code. There should be less freezes now during claims recalculation
    • Added damaged models to different objects and buildings. Most of these models are not final!
    • Significantly lowered base decay rate for all objects
    • Fixed a serious bug that caused some objects to disappear in certain circumstances
    • Fixed and optimized network code
    • You can now Inspect objects to learn about their durability data
    • You can no longer use trash items and soil for sacrificing. They will not provide sacrifice points
    • Fixed multiple monuments and guild-related minor bugs
    • Guild member limit now works properly
    • GM mode camera speed is no longer the same for all GMs
The most exciting fix here in my opinion is the Repair ability! Thinking about those Quality 90+ tools, weapons and armour you have and they run their course on their durability; Now you can repair them! This will be a big game changer for everyone now. Due to that ability you could potentially limit yourself on making specific materials. Things such as iron bars and ingot and wooden boards will now be used to repair swords, bows, maces etc!

The damaged models will also make the game have a bigger atmosphere, for example: You are running through the woodland and you stumble on a settlement, you can now tell if it was abandoned or it's still being used. That is a great change because now you can refer to them as "ruins" or a "sacked settlement" which gives the game a bit of Lore too!

I will be doing a small investigation into the new patch and how the repair ability works out: If high quality materials repair things better or if low quality materials barely repair items due to their lack in quality.
